7/22/2021 PASSED ROUGH plumbing INSPECTION

This inspection report was hidden by the city for 11 months and withheld from a February 13, 2023 FOIA request. In July of 2023 the homeowners reached out to the plumbing inspector Dmitri Dvorkin (who had left a business card) who refers them to his office at B&F code services. B&F informed the homeowner that they did have a copy of the report but were not allowed to release it.  On July 31 2023 (as internal emails show) Mr. Caravello singles out the homeowner, instucting B & F not to speak to the homeowner. On The homeowner receives a letter from city attorneys threatening them with monetary consequences if they do not refrain from contacting B& F. In August 2023, the homeowners found the original documentation of the rough plumbing inspection which is seen here.

7/22/2021 PASSED ROUGH ELECTRICAL INSPECTION

7/18/2022 Greenhouse Permit renewed

4/6/2023 separate Permit obtained for pile of dirt spoils from greenhouse excavation

From 11/23/2022 through 4/19/2023 the city gives the Bovey's conflicting directives (move the dirt pile and don't move the dirt pile).  The city then accuses the Boveys of working without a permit (though they had a valid permit) and then fines them and takes them to court four times for not "obtaining" the permit which the city is refusing to issue.  On 4/6/2023 this separate permit is obtained and yet the city takes them to court on 4/16/2023 for not obtaining a permit.

7/14/2023 PASSED FINAL PLUMBING INSPECTION
